...if only time travel's ever invented, that is. The choice
era would, of course, be the Sixties, and this is my list of Beatle events I'd love to have witnessed/peeked in on/experienced.
;) Silly, yes, but... allow me indulge, okay? :)
The if-only list, in no particular order...
- A Cavern Club show...

- A BBC radio session...

- The 1965 Shea Stadium concert...

- This performance, front row...

- The Rishikesh stay...

- Sorting the fan mail with George after his 21st birthday...
-
Bumping into the band in London, like many fans in the Sixties seemingly did...

- On location in Obertauern (or the Bahamas... or Salisbury Plain...
or Twickenham Film Studios) for the filming of Help!...

- Assisting any photographers assigned to photograph the Beatles...
-
Any of the 1966 Beatles Blitztournee shows...
- At the beach in Miami, 1964...

- In the audience at the 1964 Around The Beatles TV special...

- At a recording session...

- Getting to meet the band in their dressing room...

- In the same lunch-line as the band...

- Tagging along during the 1968 Mad Day Out photo session...
-
On the train in A Hard Day's Night...

- At that Manchester, 1963, concert (the color footage that's included
on the Anthology)...
- At a fan club meet-and-greet...

- The Hamburg days...
- The filming of the promo videos...
-
As a reporter for the Beatles Book Monthly...
* * *
This could go on forever. ;)
