The bedroom of this site's resident Beatlemaniac...
well, since 1995, I've moved six times, but the decor has more or less remained the same. Despite the fact that I currently
reside in a rather small apartment, and hence, have a rather small bedroom, I've still managed to fit at least some of my
Beatles posters on the walls. Because, really, though I may be in my twenties now, a Beatle atmosphere's still a must-have.
;)
On a side note, I always have to roll my eyes when people see my room and ask, "Oh, do
you like The Beatles?"
I mean... duh? ;)
But, now the photos:
Here are three of my favorite posters... my particular pride and joy being
the "Concert For George" German movie poster.
The little mock street sign, Paul McCartney Way, was purchased in Carnaby
Street, back in 1997.
Of course, when I saw these two mock street signs years ago at a mall in the States, I just had
to have them.
Don't let this photo fool
you, the shelf goes all the way down to the floor - and is filled with Beatles books, magazines and scrapbooks. However, to
make the photo a reasonable size, I split it... and I won't even attempt a list of all my Beatles books (there's 90+ on that
shelf)...
My CD and DVD shelf (plus, Beatles calendar), which is also floor to ceiling
and hence, slightly cut off here.
